89bd1 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 89bd1 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 89bd1.io and any of its subdomains.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, approved winnings, and any credited bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, deposit match credits, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by 89bd1 to validate a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all date and time references on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through 89bd1, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 89bd1 relating to your use of the Platform. If you are acting on behalf of a third party or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 89bd1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on 89bd1. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. The name on your 89bd1 Account must exactly match the name on your government-issued identity document and your registered payment method.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

89bd1 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers our internal compliance thresholds. Acceptable KYC documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, together with a utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Documents must be current and clearly legible.

4.4 Account Suspension for False Information

If 89bd1 determines that an Account was registered using false, inaccurate, or misleading information, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all associated bets and wagers, and forfeit any Balance remaining in the Account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, pending a full investigation.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

89bd1 will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 89bd1 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

All activity conducted from your Account — whether or not authorised by you personally — is your responsibility. In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 89bd1 support immediately. The Platform will investigate and may temporarily freeze the Account during the investigation period to prevent further unauthorised activity.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

89bd1 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as bank transfers through BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not currently process transactions in foreign currencies.

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits of the selected payment channel and any account-level restrictions applied by 89bd1's compliance team. Deposit limits may be adjusted by the Player for responsible gaming purposes through the Account settings panel.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money Balance (Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied).

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 89bd1 are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit thresholds, Wagering Requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, game contribution rates, and validity periods. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise on the applicable promotion page, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

7.3 Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet or wager per round or event is ৳500, unless a different limit is specified on the promotion page. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at 89bd1's discretion, and the bonus may be forfeited.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

89bd1 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedged betting across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of matched-deposit offers, and collusion between accounts to generate artificial wagering turnover. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and the Account may be permanently suspended.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets and wagers placed on 89bd1 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. 89bd1 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where the Platform suspects the integrity of an event has been compromised, where a technical error in pricing has occurred, or where a Player has exceeded applicable bet limits.

8.2 Errors and Mispriced Odds

In the event that odds, prices, or payouts are published due to a manifest error — including typographical errors, technical failures, or data feed errors — 89bd1 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. The Platform will make reasonable efforts to identify and rectify such errors promptly. Where bets have already been settled at incorrect odds, 89bd1 reserves the right to recalculate and adjust the settlement accordingly.

8.3 Sporting Event Cancellations

If a sporting event covered by 89bd1's sportsbook is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result is determined, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the Platform's standard event rules. Generally, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account for cancelled or abandoned events, unless the event rules specify otherwise. BPL and other Bangladesh Premier League fixtures are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Cricket page.

8.4 Casino and Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, slot, live table, or any other gaming product on the Platform, 89bd1 will work with the relevant game provider to investigate and resolve the issue. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated during a malfunction period are not guaranteed to be honoured where the malfunction materially affected the game outcome.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89bd1 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening more than one Account, or opening an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or access the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or pricing error on the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement with a third party to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including through chip-dumping in poker or table games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform's source code, algorithms, or proprietary data.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or obscure your true identity or location.
• Using payment methods registered in a name other than your own, or using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment credentials.

10. Responsible Gaming

89bd1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. The Platform operates on a strictly 21+ basis and enforces age verification at registration.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members through the Account settings panel:

89bd1's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

89bd1 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

89bd1 aims to resolve all Player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Complex disputes involving significant financial amounts or third-party payment providers may require additional time. All times are referenced in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Disputes that cannot be resolved through the support team may be escalated in writing to the 89bd1 compliance department via the email address listed in Section 16 below. 89bd1 will respond to formal written complaints within 14 business days.
